 We render recruiting services for work in foreign companies abroad. We cooperate both with the “Employers” and with the “Agencies” from different countries.

You can send us a written Request for personnel you need (in the English, Russian or Ukrainian languages).

After negotiation and checking of your Request we can conclude an agreement. For agreement concluding we need certain documents from your company, which should be notarized or apostilled in the Ukrainian Consulate in your country (it depends on the country and on the region). In every case we also need an official request on behalf of the company in which you have to indicate all the conditions of the contract with the employees, the salary and the living conditions.

The list of the documents necessary for concluding a recruitment agreement with the “Employer”:

- The Certificate about the registration of the company (a notarized copy);
- The Permission to accept to work the citizens of Ukraine or foreigners in general (issued by the immigration service in your country);
- A sample agreement between the Employer and Employee;
- A request on behalf of the company to select personnel from Ukraine (in a free form) with the indication of all the conditions of employment.

We work with the recruiting agencies or intermediary organizations, if they have documents permitting this kind of activity (licenses).

The list of document from “Agencies” or “Intermediaries”:

- The Certificate about company registration;
- The License to perform intermediary activity or that you have the right to recruit personnel from abroad (and namely from Ukraine);
- A sample agreement between the Employer and Employee;
- A request on behalf of the company to select personnel from Ukraine (in a free form) with the indication of all the conditions of employment.

Together with the personnel selection we organize all necessary testing and interviews as is requested by the employers. We take care of all the visa procedures and draw together all the necessary documents for Consulates to help the employees go abroad to work.

The term of Requests fulfilment depends on their complicacy and on the required qualification of the personnel. Minimal term is 1 month. We have an extended experience in this business and can satisfy even the pickiest Customers in the minimal terms.
